How we remanufacture autoparts
Inspection and disassembly of the old part
The old core undergoes a complete disassembly and each part that does not meet our quality standard is disposed of.
Cleaning and inspection
Each component is then thoroughly cleaned, e. g. using the ultrasonic cleaning or sandblasting.
Remanufacturing
Cleaned components are checked or tested, damaged parts are replaced with a new one. Some components are automatically replaced to ensure longer lifetime (e.g. gaskets). All parts are then assembled together.
Final testing
Each remanufactured and assembled part then undergoes several performance tests to ensure it matches the OE quality standards. Test results are enclosed in the box with each product.
