Our best-selling EGR

Car parts remanufacturing reduces CO2 emissions by up to 75% and saves the environment. In our production we remanufacture EGR modules for Scania, Volvo, MAN and other vehicles. EGR model remanufacturing process begins with dismantling and removal of all worn out components, by a special cleaning agent we remove dirt and oil residues. For better damage identification we sandblast the EGR module. The damage is checked and non-repairable parts are removed. Worn out components are repaired or replaced by new ones. New colling rots are installed whose spiral design ensures increased heat removal that in the end improves the original parts. Gaskets, reconditioned valves and throttle valves are replaced as well. EGR valve is then reassembled. The EGR module then passes a leak test for coolant leakage and finally it is being painted.
